To the full extent permissible by applicable law, QMart.pk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. QMart.pk does not warrant that this site; information, content, materials, products (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site; their servers; or e-mail sent from QMart.pk are free of viruses or other harmful components. QMart.pk will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to you through this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing. 

All orders placed via QMart.pk are subject to the approval from QMart.pk and we may contact you via email or phone to confirm the order. We give our best to process your order on urgent basis subject to the availability of item in our distributor’s stocks.


  • Cash on Delivery. Only for orders placed from within Pakistan
  • PayPal: Only for expatriates residing out of Pakistan
  • Online Bank Transfer: For all residing in Euro-Zone.

  • We will soon bring other payment modes like Credit card, online bank transfer in Pakistan and Transfer via Cheque.

QMart.pk does not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is successfully delivered. The beneficiary is required to verify the condition of the product(s) at the time of delivery. However, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

  1. Non-delivery of the product: if the product is not delivered because of some unforeseen issue with our delivery system. In such cases we recommend the user to contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Customer Service Department via email within 7 days after the placement of the order. 
  2. Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Customer Service Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party products other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product.

  • Orders are shipped within 3 business days, not including holidays or weekends.
  • Our delivery staff will contact you via phone or email to confirm the delivery time. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made this time there may be extra charge for delivery.
