Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

- Products can only be refunded if the box is unopened, the product has not been activated or used, and the packaging is undamaged.
Replacement Policy

- If your product has a manufacturing fault, it can be replaced within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be in its original packaging, including all documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
- Any defects must be reported immediately with proof, such as a clear video of the unboxing.
Procedure for Returns and Replacements

In-Store Purchases:
- If you notice any defects at the time of purchase, you may request an immediate exchange.

Online Purchases:
- If the product was purchased online and shipped to a different city, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please notify us promptly via email at hassan@qmart.pk or SMS at 0333-4000000 with your invoice number and a brief description of the issue.
- For damaged or defective products, a video of the unboxing is required as proof to initiate a replacement.
Important Notes

No Refunds for Opened or Used Products:
- Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened, used, or activated, unless the product has a manufacturing fault.

Manufacturer's Warranty:
- If the product has a manufacturing fault after the 24-hour period or once it has been activated, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
Video Proof Requirement

Unboxing Video:
- It is necessary to make a clear video while unboxing the product. This video serves as evidence in case of any damage during shipping and helps us process your claim efficiently.

Failure to Provide Video Proof:
- If you forget to make a video proof or delay reporting the issue within 24 hours of delivery, the item will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Warranty Products and Non-Warranty Products

Warranty Products:
- We deal in both warranty and non-warranty products. Warranty claims for products with a warranty must be made directly with the manufacturer or local distributor as specified.

Non-Warranty Products:
- For non-warranty products, any claims must be made with the manufacturer based on their regional policies, and we are not responsible for these claims.

Liability Disclaimer:
- In both scenarios, QMart acts only as a mediator and is not liable for any warranty claims. However, we guarantee that all the products we sell are original.

Chinese Products:
- Chinese products do not come with any warranty. Before sending these products to customers, we thoroughly check them to ensure they are in perfect condition. Customers have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any issues with video proof. After 24 hours, we are not liable for any defects.
Gift Card Policy

Non-Refundable After Purchase:
- There is no refund once a gift card is purchased, whether online or in-store.
Regional ID Requirement:
- Ensure that your ID is set to the same region as the gift card being purchased. For example, if you are purchasing a US card, your ID must be set to the United States.
Delivery of E-Vouchers:
- E-vouchers will be sent to your email and WhatsApp.

- Please double-check your purchase before confirming. QMart is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect regional settings or usage of the gift card.
