1. -We only exchange if any product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase.
  2. -Moreover, products shouldn’t be used. Original protector and sticker should be intact at the time of return or exchange.
  3. -You have to inform us if you cannot bring back right away. email at hassan@qmart.pkalong with your invoice number and small description.
  4. -Original box and all accessories should be returned as well.
  5. -If the item is dispatched to you in different city then we will provide the Exchange and the shipping cost which our customer will bear to send us back.
  6. -Please consult QMart support for shipping back methods.
