Notes and Disclaimers:

1. Hi-Res Audio is supported on Android devices with LHDC 5.0. Hi-Res Audio can be set in the “Earbuds Function” for OnePlus smartphone users with Android 12 and above. For other users (Android 7.0 and above), Hi-Res Audio requires the HeyMelody application available for download from Google Play Store. Hi-Res Audio is not supported on iOS devices.
2. Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation data is based on OnePlus Test Laboratory results. Actual performance experienced by users may vary based on specific conditions.
3. Voice cancellation improvement when compared with OnePlus Buds 3. Data is based on OnePlus Test Laboratory results.
4. Data is based on OnePlus Test Laboratory results. OnePlus Buds 4 can achieve up to 45 hours of battery life when used with the charging case in AAC mode with ANC off, and volume set at 50%. Fully charged earbuds deliver up to 11 hours of playtime with these settings. Battery life is up to 24 hours when used with charging case in AAC mode with ANC on, and volume set at 50%. Fully charged earbuds deliver up to 6 hours of playtime with these settings. Playtime may vary depending on, among other factors, volume and frequency settings, incoming calls, output source, environmental interference, and product features activated.
5. For OnePlus smartphone users with Android 12 and above, OnePlus 3D Audio and Golden Sound can be set in the “Earbuds Function”. For other users (iOS /Android 7.0 and above), OnePlus 3D Audio and Golden Sound require the HeyMelody mobile application available for download from Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
6. Steady Connect is available on select OnePlus phones with OxygenOS 15.0.0 and above. Actual user experience may vary depending on specific conditions.
7. AI Translation is available on select OnePlus devices with OxygenOS 15.0.1 and above. Please refer to the app for the supported languages.
8. The feature needs to be manually activated in the phone Settings (for OnePlus phone users) or HeyMelody App (for other Android brand and iOS users). The specific voice control functions depend on the smartphone’s built-in voice assistant, such as Google Gemini, Google Assistant or Apple Siri. This feature is not available on devices without voice assistant functionality.
9. Single tap needs to be manually activated in the phone Settings (for OnePlus phone users) or HeyMelody App (for other Android brand and iOS users).
10. Data is based on OnePlus Test Laboratory results. A 10-minute charge of the OnePlus Buds 4 delivers up to 11 hours of playtime when using the buds together with the charging case.
11. 47ms latency data is based on OnePlus Test Laboratory results. Actual performance experienced by users may vary based on specific conditions. Manual operation is required on the HeyMelody App for users of other brands. OnePlus phone users will have this feature enabled automatically.
12. The earbuds feature IP55 water and dust resistance, however the charging case does not. Water and dust resistance may diminish with device aging. Liquid and dust damage are not covered under the warranty.
13. OnePlus Buds 4 and OnePlus phones, when used together, will provide the best experience. OnePlus Buds 4 is also compatible with Bluetooth® devices; the longest Bluetooth® transmission distance is 10m between OnePlus Buds 4 and the Bluetooth® device. Due to the nature of Bluetooth®, electromagnetic interference in the area may cause the connection to break.
