Brand Warranty Products:
Some products come with a warranty directly from the brand. In such cases, we are authorized resellers of the product. If you experience any issues with these items, you will need to reach out to the brand’s official service center for assistance.
Non-Warranty Products:
Certain items may not have warranty services available in Pakistan, or the brand may not officially offer them here. These are categorized as non-warranty products. Please take this into consideration when making your purchase.
In-Store Warranty & Return Policy:
When shopping at our physical store, we recommend you carefully inspect the product before completing your purchase. Check for any faults, damage, or defects such as broken parts or scratches. If any issues are detected, we’ll be happy to exchange the product right away. Once you leave the store, we are unable to process warranty claims.
Online Purchases:
For online orders, we take great care to ensure you receive your products in excellent condition. Upon receiving your package, we require you to record an unboxing video. The video must show the entire process, from opening the parcel to using the product. This video will serve as evidence in case of any manufacturing defects. Without a continuous, unbroken unboxing video, we cannot process any claims.
