The Redmi Pad 2 Pro boasts a premium build with a glass front protected by Gorilla Glass 3, an aluminum frame, and an aluminum back. It is designed to be durable and resistant, with IP53 certification for dust and water resistance against vertical water sprays. The device is available in multiple color options, including Graphite Gray, Silver, and Lavender Purple, with a Matte Glass Version also available.

Display

The Redmi Pad 2 Pro features a 12.1-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels, offering a 16:10 aspect ratio and a pixel density of approximately 249 ppi. The display supports 1 billion colors, 120Hz refresh rate, and Dolby Vision, making it ideal for multimedia consumption with vibrant colors and smooth visuals.

Performance & Processor

Under the hood, the Redmi Pad 2 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, built on a 4nm process. This is paired with an octa-core CPU configuration, including one 2.7 GHz Cortex-A720 core, three 2.4 GHz Cortex-A720 cores, and four 1.8 GHz Cortex-A520 cores, along with the Adreno 810 GPU. This setup ensures capable performance for tasks ranging from everyday use to gaming.

Camera

The Redmi Pad 2 Pro is equipped with a 13 MP rear camera (for the 5G model) and an 8 MP front-facing camera. The rear camera features an f/2.2 aperture, 1/3.06′ sensor size, and autofocus, while the selfie camera has an f/2.3 aperture and 1/4.0′ sensor size. Both cameras support 1080p video recording at 30fps.

Battery & Charging

The tablet is powered by a large 12000mAh battery, supporting 33W wired charging, PD3.0, and QC3+. It also offers 27W reverse wired charging. This substantial battery capacity ensures extended usage times, making it suitable for long periods of entertainment, work, or travel.
