This policy applies to all purchases made from QMart, online or instore.
We only exchange if any product has manufacturing fault, broken or scratched, only at the time of purchase.

The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold
If the item is dispatched to you in different city then we will provide the Exchange and the shipping cost which our customer will bear to send us back.
